We’re a Seattle-based family with a deep love for the Big Island, and we’re so excited to share this incredible destination with you! Our journey began a few years ago when we visited Waikoloa for a conference—and it was love at first sight. The resort area offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with pristine white sand beaches, dramatic lava rock landscapes, and lush greenery creating a stunning coastal escape. Add in vibrant sunsets, endless outdoor activities, and year-round sunshine, and it’s easy to see why every visit feels so magical.
We named our property "Hale Lokahi"—which means "House of Harmony" in Hawaiian—because we hope your stay here fosters a sense of connection: with loved ones, with nature, and with the rich local culture.
